As a small batch custom illustrator, I take on a handful of commission portrait pieces each month!!! Putting a non-refundable deposit holds your place in line and I will work through the waitlist on a first come basis. There will be a form at checkout to let me know how many characters/items you will need for your portrait and your email address.

A couple weeks before your spot opens, I will email you with an invoice for the remainder of the illustration fees (to be paid within 24hrs.) and then you can email me your reference photo!!

Once you are full paid and your reference photo has been submitted, I will email you a sketch proof by the 15th of the month you are scheduled for. You will have 24 hours to approve this sketch. I will then complete the portrait and have it ready to ship by the end of the month.

Shipping and tariff charges will be extra and calculated at time of the full payment!

**IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT READY WHEN YOUR NAME COMES UP ON THE LIST, JUST LET ME KNOW AND I WILL HOLD YOUR SPOT BUT MOVE ONTO THE NEXT CLIENT AND COME BACK TO YOU THE NEXT MONTH!!
